Job Summary
We are hiring professionals for
US Merchant Settlement Operations , responsible for handling settlement processes, reconciliation, and payment flows across card networks and sponsor banks. The role demands strong analytical capabilities, technical skills (SQL/Excel), and experience in managing high-volume financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Process merchant settlement transactions and reconciliation
- Work with scheme settlement files (Visa/Mastercard/Amex)
- Handle ACH and Wire payment flows and settlement cycles
- Interface with sponsor banks and payment networks
- Perform data validation, exception handling, and reporting
- Utilize SQL and Excel for data extraction, analysis, and automation
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and regulatory standards
Required Skills
- Merchant Settlement / Payments Operations experience
- Strong SQL Advanced Excel (Macros preferred)
- Knowledge of ACH, Wire Transfers, Settlement Flows
- Understanding of card networks sponsor bank processes
- Automation mindset and data handling expertise
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
