🚛 We're Hiring – Operations Lead (Logistics) 🚛
Flyhi Trans Inc. is looking for an experienced Operations Lead – Logistics to join our growing team in Mohali.
💰 Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month
📍 Location: Mohali
⏰ Joining: Immediate
✅ Minimum 5+ years of experience in US Logistics (Mandatory)
✅ Experience managing Dispatch, Tracking, Customer Service, Data Entry & Operations Teams
✅ Experience handling 40+ trucks/drivers preferred
✅ Strong knowledge of load boards, carrier management, route planning & fleet operations
✅ Experience with KPI reporting, team management & process improvement
✅ Ability to manage multiple departments and lead operational growth
✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills
