Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (one way cab)

Location: Noida, Sector 3

Experience: Minimum 1 year

CTC: Hike on current CTC

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Freight Broker for a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, working the US night shift. The Freight Broker will be responsible for negotiating and managing freight brokerage services, providing excellent customer service, handling dispatch activities, and overseeing account management responsibilities. This role requires active coordination with carriers and clients to ensure timely and efficient freight solutions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operations
• Strong skills in Customer Service and maintaining client relationships
• Experience in Dispatching and coordinating freight logistics
• Proficiency in Account Management and managing operational records
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively during US night shift
• Relevant certifications or advanced knowledge in logistics are a plus
