We are hiring experienced US Freight Brokers (Drayage only) to manage container shipments across U.S. ports, rail ramps, and final delivery.
This role is strictly for candidates with minimum 1 year of real US brokerage experience and a strong carrier network or book of business. You must be confident handling live loads, negotiating rates, and managing day-to-day drayage operations without handholding.
You will coordinate with US carriers and dispatchers, track shipments, resolve issues (port delays, appointments, container movement), and update loads in CRM/TMS systems.
Requirements: 1+ year US drayage experience (mandatory), strong communication, ability to work night shifts, and capability to manage multiple shipments efficiently.
Compensation: Fixed monthly salary + incentives up to 50%.
