Designation: US Life Insurance - Underwriting Support /Case manager

Job description/skillsets required for case management role
- Must have prior experience of underwriting support/case management US Life insurance
- Must be aware with new business life cycle / life of an application US Life insurance
- Must be aware of pre-issue and post issue requirements.
- Good to have knowledge of life insurance terminologies.
- Communication skills (Written and verbal)
- Keep thorough records of all communications, decisions, and actions taken.
- Identify and focus on high-priority tasks and communications.
- Use your experience and knowledge to anticipate potential needs or questions that producers/client might not be aware of.
- Take full ownership of own deliverables, work well with the team to achieve overall targets, consider the bigger picture and the importance of the process.
- Corresponding with customers in a manner that is clear and concise (both via e-mail).
- Proactively managing own daily, weekly and monthly workflow to ensure key performance indicators and service standards are met.
- Good analytical skills, decision making, attention to detail.
- Highly motivated, proactive, self-starter; must be able to work independently as well as be an effective team player.
- Must be flexible to work in US shift
