Remote Role | EST Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a Legal Client Relations Executive to support a US-based legal and estate planning practice.
This role involves:
- handling inbound leads,
- following up with prospective clients,
- scheduling consultations,
- maintaining HubSpot CRM records,
- and assisting the lead-to-client onboarding process end-to-end.
Strong communication, professionalism, follow-up discipline, and attention to detail are critical for this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Screen inbound leads before attorney consultations
- Follow up with prospective clients via phone, email, and text
- Schedule consultations and manage calendar coordination
- Maintain detailed notes and client records inside HubSpot CRM
- Monitor inbound inquiries from website, referrals, email, and campaigns
- Assist with lead qualification and client onboarding workflows
- Coordinate with attorneys and internal teams during intake process
- Maintain accurate reporting and lead status tracking
- Ensure timely communication and professional client experience throughout the process
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Minimum 3+ years working with US clients/companies
- HubSpot CRM experience mandatory
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience in legal intake, client coordination, appointment setting, or sales preferred
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management ability
- Strong organizational and operational skills
- Ability to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently in a remote EST-aligned environment
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING
- Minimum 3+ years experience working with US clients/US companies is REQUIRED
- We are specifically looking for candidates with 3–5 years experience only
- Candidates with significantly higher experience may not be considered for this role
- HubSpot CRM experience is mandatory
- Experience working with US legal firms, estate planning firms, tax firms, or legal intake processes will be a strong plus
- Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (9 AM – 6 PM EST)
- Saturday & Sunday Off
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Interviews will happen in EST time zone
- Candidates may occasionally receive late evening communication related to interview coordination/scheduling
