We are hiring experienced US IT Recruiters with a strong background in W2
Position: US IT Recruiter (Fully Remote)
Work Hours: EST/CST Time Zone
100% Remote / Work from Home
We are specifically looking for recruiters who:
✔ Have hands-on experience working on W2 roles
✔ Have 1–3 years of experience in US Staffing
✔ Prior experience working with Cognizant
✔ Possess strong expertise in candidate sourcing and screening
✔ Actively source candidates through job portals and professional networks
✔ Have excellent communication and relationship management skills
✔ Have experience working with direct/VMS clients
We are specifically not seeking recruiters whose experience is primarily focused on C2C hiring models.
