🚀 We’re Hiring: US IT Recruiters (Freshers to 3 Years Experience)

📍 Location: Remote / Onsite (India)
🕒 Shift: Night Shift (US Timings)
⏳ Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15–30 days.
🔍 Role Overview:
- Source and screen candidates through job portals like Dice, LinkedIn, etc.
- Understand job requirements and match the right candidates
- Work on different tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
🧠 Basic Knowledge Required:
✔ US Visa Types: OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, GC, US Citizen
✔ US Tax Terms: W2, C2C, 1099
💡 Who Can Apply?
- Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work night shifts
