About The Opportunity
We are seeking a hands-on US IT Recruiter with excellent communication skills and experience in direct client interaction. This is an individual contributor role responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment for direct-hire requirements.
- Work across W2 and 1099 hiring models.
- Source, screen, and close candidates for a range of IT roles.
- Engage directly with US clients to clarify requirements, present profiles, and coordinate feedback.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using non-portal sourcing strategies.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and perform timely follow-ups with candidates and clients.

- Proven experience (ideally 3+ years) as a US IT/Technical Recruiter managing full-cycle recruitment for permanent, contract, and contract-to-hire roles.
- Hands-on experience with W2 and 1099 direct hiring and contract staffing models.
- Experience sourcing and hiring US Citizens, Green Card holders, and EAD candidates; comfortable screening for varied work authorization statuses and compliance considerations.
- Advanced sourcing capabilities using Boolean search, X-ray searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and passive candidate engagement strategies.
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRMs (examples: Bullhorn, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Workday) and strong data hygiene for pipeline tracking and reporting.
- Demonstrated success filling roles across tech stacks and functions (e.g., Software Engineering: Java, .NET, Python; Cloud: AWS, Azure; DevOps; Data Science/Engineering; Security; QA; Product Management).
- Solid client-facing skills: requirement gathering, candidate briefing, interview coordination, feedback management, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Familiarity with US time zones, background checks, reference checks, and general hiring compliance processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Results-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently as an individual contributor to meet hiring targets.
Preferred
- Certifications such as AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Professional-Recruiter, SHRM or PHR are a plus.
- Experience working with international clients and managing remote hiring across multiple time zones.
- Familiarity with sourcing automation and talent intelligence tools (e.g., SeekOut, Hiretual, Gem) and experience using recruitment analytics to improve sourcing funnels.
- Understanding of common US work authorization types and associated compliance considerations.
