US IT Sales Recruiter (Bench Sales | US Staffing)
Job Summary
InfiJobs LLC is hiring enthusiastic and result-driven individuals for the role of Bench Sales Recruiter (US IT Staffing).
We are open to both experienced professionals and freshers who are eager to build a career in the US staffing industry. Training will be provided to the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) to US clients and vendors
- Search and connect with Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners
- Submit profiles and follow up for interview schedules
- Coordinate with consultants for availability and updates
- Negotiate rates and close placements
- Maintain daily reports (submissions, interviews, placements)
- Build long-term relationships with clients and vendors
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of IT or willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills
- Knowledge of job portals (LinkedIn, Dice, etc.) is a plus
Experience
- Freshers are welcome (Training will be provided)
- 0–3 years of experience in Bench Sales / US IT Staffing preferred
