Shift ; Night Shift - 7:30 PM IST to 4:30AM IST
Role Description ;
🔹Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
🔹Fostering long-term relationships with candidates
🔹Reviewing and understanding job requirements
🔹Reviewing applicants to verify if position requirements are met
🔹Researching new technologies.
🔹Maintaining the database
🔹Preparing and sending daily recruiting reports to the team manager
🔹Handling clients and conference calls
