Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified IT professionals for clients across the United States. The recruiter should have strong experience in the US staffing industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Source and recruit IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
* Review resumes and identify candidates matching client requirements.
* Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
* Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
* Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer discussions.
* Maintain candidate records and update ATS/database regularly.
* Develop strong relationships with candidates and clients.
* Meet recruitment targets and hiring deadlines.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* 1–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
* Strong understanding of US staffing processes and recruitment lifecycle.
* Experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
* Hands-on experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
* Knowledge of various IT technologies and skill sets.
* Strong sourcing and Boolean search expertise.
* Experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
* Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
