• Strong experience in W2 hiring (80% W2 – 20% C2C)
• Hands-on experience working with Prime Vendors
• Solid technical understanding to match client requirements
• Active and professional LinkedIn profile
• End-to-end US IT recruitment (W2 / C2C / 1099)
• Source candidates via Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.
• Screen, shortlist, and submit quality profiles
• Coordinate interviews and ensure quick closures
• Maintain strong pipeline and vendor relationships
