Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
US Recruiter with 12 years of experience in US staffing. The candidate will be responsible for handling the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to closing positions, while working in the US shift.
Shift Details
- Shift Timing: US Shift (6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST)
- Fixed Weekend Off
- Benefits: One-time meal + Drop facility
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic assessments
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients
- Ensure compliance with US hiring standards, policies, and documentation
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and recruitment trackers
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for recurring roles
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and clients
Required Skills
- Experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing
- Strong understanding of US hiring process and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong screening and evaluation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment databases
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- 12 years of experience in US Recruitment (mandatory)
- Comfortable working in night shift (US shift)
Compensation Benefits
- Salary: Up to 50,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
