Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle, from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding.
- Work on a variety of technical roles across different technologies and domains in the US staffing market.
- Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates using job portals, internal databases, professional networks, and other sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through continuous sourcing and relationship management.
- Ensure all submissions are well-qualified and aligned with client requirements to improve submission-to-interview and interview-to-hire ratios.
- Maintain accurate and detailed notes for every candidate interaction in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate interview schedules, provide timely updates to candidates, and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
- Follow up consistently with candidates to avoid interview drop-offs and ensure successful onboarding.
- Use Boolean search techniques and creative sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates.
- Manage multiple job requirements simultaneously while meeting defined productivity and quality targets.
- Collaborate with team members and support knowledge sharing to improve overall team performance.
- Stay updated with current IT technologies, market trends, and recruitment best practices in the US staffing industry.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders at all times.
Eligibility Criteria
- 2 to 6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment within the staffing industry.
- Hands-on experience working with Implementation Partners or Direct Clients in the US staffing environment.
- Strong understanding of the US IT recruitment process, technical roles, and hiring workflows.
- Proven ability to source candidates using multiple channels such as job portals, databases, and professional networks.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Ceipal, JobDiva, Bullhorn, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with VMS platforms such as Fieldglass, Beeline, or similar systems is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining candidate records and follow-ups.
- Willingness to work night shifts (Eastern Hours) from office on a full-time basis.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
