Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Working mode: 4 Days Onsite (Friday-Remote)
🔹 Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with strong exposure to both the US and Canada markets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring for IT roles, working on C2C and W2 tax terms, and a good understanding of the immigration process.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US and Canada IT requirements
- Work closely with clients, implementation partners, and hiring managers
- Utilize job portals like Dice, Monster, indeed, and LinkedIn for sourcing
- Manage candidate pipeline and ensure timely submissions
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and clients
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
🔹 Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment (US & Canada markets)
- Exposure to US (60%) and Canada (40%) recruitment processes.
- Good understanding of visa types and immigration processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
