Position Overview
TaSa IT Services is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior US IT Recruiter / Team Lead to drive our talent acquisition operations for the US market. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines, interface directly with US clients, and lead a high-performing recruitment team. The ideal candidate brings extensive knowledge of US staffing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting monthly delivery targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for both technical (IT) and non-technical (Non-IT) full-time positions across the United States.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide, train, and mentor a team of junior and mid-level recruiters to optimize sourcing strategies and achieve hiring targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Interface directly with US-based clients and stakeholders to gather exact requirements, deliver submittals, and manage feedback loops.
- Sourcing & ATS Management: Utilize advanced search techniques on major job boards (Dice, LinkedIn, Monster) and manage candidate pipelines efficiently using Ceipal ATS.
- Compliance Validation: Screen and qualify candidates thoroughly, ensuring a deep understanding of US visa classifications and tax regulations.
- Performance Delivery: Meet and exceed weekly/monthly submittal, interview, and placement KPIs.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in US IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Technical Domain Knowledge: Deep familiarity with US Visa types (H1B, L1, OPT, CPT, Green Card, US Citizen) and Tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Tools Proficiency: Advanced expertise using ATS platforms (specifically Ceipal) and major US job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Leadership Capabilities: Prior experience or strong readiness to step into a leadership role, manage a team, and allocate workflow.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills suitable for managing US client interactions and stakeholder management.
- Work Style: High energy, target-driven mindset, and comfortable working consistent onsite night shifts.
