Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated US Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and managing candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle for various US-based requirements. The role requires strong communication skills, experience working on IT and non-IT requirements, and a solid understanding of the US staffing industry.Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years in US IT Recruitment (Night Shift).
- ATS Mastery: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience using Ceipal.
- Tax Terms: Deep understanding of C2C, W2, and 1099 hiring models.
- Sourcing: Proven ability to find passive talent beyond standard job boards.
- Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written skills.
- Time Management: Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
Bonus Points
- Knowledge of VMS portals
- Experience with Boolean search strings and X-Ray searching.
- Existing network of bench sales recruiters or prime vendors.
