Role: US IT Recruiter

📍 Location: Ahmedabad (100% On-site)

🕒 Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST)

💼 Experience: 1–5 Years in US IT Recruitment

We’re looking for a motivated Technical Recruiter with hands-on experience in US IT Staffing to join our growing team!

Key Skills:

• Strong sourcing on LinkedIn, Job diva, Dice, Monster, Indeed etc...

• Experience with W2, 1099, C2C employment types

• Knowledge of US visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT/CPT)

• Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle

📍 Note: Local candidates from Ahmedabad are preferred, however we welcome equally motivated recruiters from other locations who are willing to relocate at their own expense.
