We are hiring US IT Recruiters (Fresher’s and candidates with up to 1-2 years of experience) to support US staffing requirements. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating IT professionals for US clients while working closely with Account Managers and using ATS tools.
Day to Day Task:
· End-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle
· Sourcing candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and ATS (Ceipal)
· Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
· Submitting qualified profiles within TAT
· Coordinating interviews and follow-ups with candidates
· Maintaining candidate records and pipeline in ATS.
· Interact with USA customers/clients and our US office staff. We will help you get trained in IT field.
· Manage full recruitment life cycle including sourcing, identifying, evaluating and screening, submission, setting up interviews, soliciting feedback and coordinating with candidate.
· Perform searches into company databases, Internet recruiting databases, networking, cold calls and advertising to identify qualified profiles.
· Contacting candidates, following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline. (H1, Green card, US Citizens).
· Recruiting candidates using job portals Dice, Monster combined with utilizing existing candidate relationships, referrals along with Sourcing Skills from Social Media Services like LinkedIn, Twitter and Face book.
Desired skills:
· Must be proficient working with MS Office
· Excellent written/verbal communication and excellent phone skills
· Knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends would be plus
· Should be able to work independently and do multitasking.
· H1/H4/L1/L2/B1/B2/OPT/EAD Visa Holders, Green Card, US Citizens and all legally authorized to work are welcome
· Candidate already having B1/B2 Visa preferred.
· Understanding and working on US tax terms: W2, C2C, 1099
· Knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends would be plus but not mandatory.
· Basic Programming Knowledge is plus but we can teach technical skills for non IT/Computer background students.
· Should be able to work independently and do multitasking.
· Any previous call center experience or speaking with American clients is a plus.
· Candidate already having B1/B2 Visa preferred (Optional).
Working Hours:
· Timing: 6:00 PM 2:00 AM (Indian Standard Timings)
· 5 days working
