🔹 Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified IT professionals for US-based clients across various technologies.
The role requires strong communication skills, sourcing abilities, and the willingness to work in a fast-paced US staffing environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements for IT contract and full-time positions
- Source candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates based on technical requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Negotiate pay rates and maintain candidate relationships
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems
- Work closely with account managers and team leads to close positions quickly
- Ensure timely submissions and quality profiles
🔹 Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of recruitment and sourcing
- Ability to work in night shifts (US timings)
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines
🔹 Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms
- Familiarity with US visa types (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, USC)
- Experience with ATS tools and job portals
- Basic understanding of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, QA, DevOps, Data Engineering, etc.
🔹 Qualifications
- B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA, BSC, MSC (IT) / MBA preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
