Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vijayawada for a US IT Recruiter (Fresher) - Night Shift. The primary responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles in the U.S. market. This involves sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. The US IT Recruiter will also collaborate with clients, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of hiring needs while building strong professional relationships.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment processes
• Knowledge of Technical Recruiting and Hiring practices in the IT and Tech industry
• Strong capability in Recruiting and building a talent pipeline
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Willingness and availability to work night shifts to support U.S.-based recruitment operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus
