Job Summar
yWe are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our recruitment team as US IT Recruiters. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are interested in building a career in US staffing and talent acquisition. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for IT positions across the United States
.Key Responsibilitie
- sSource candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms
- .Screen resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications based on job requirements
- .Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and availability
- .Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- .Maintain candidate records and update recruitment databases
- .Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals
- .Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- .Work closely with the recruitment team to meet hiring targets and deadlines
.Required Skill
- sExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- .Basic knowledge of recruitment or IT concepts is an added advantage
- .Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- .Willingness to work in the US Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
- .Quick learner with a positive attitude and a passion for recruitment
- .Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office
