Job Title: US IT Recruiter / Bench Sales Recruiter – Remote

TSP Global Groupis expanding its global staffing operations and looking for energetic US IT Recruiters and Bench Sales Recruiters to support MSP/VMS hiring and client engagement across the USA.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment process
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Job Portals, and internal databases
- Work on W2, C2C, and Full-Time requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Maintain candidate pipelines and relationships
- Work with MSP/VMS requirements
- Submit quality candidates within TAT
- Negotiate rates and coordinate onboarding
For Bench Sales Recruiters
- Market bench consultants
- Build vendor relationships
- Handle consultant marketing and submissions
- Coordinate interview scheduling and placements
Required Skills
- Understanding of US Staffing process
- Knowledge of US work authorizations
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with LinkedIn/Dice/Job Boards
- Basic understanding of technologies
Experience
- Freshers with excellent communication can apply
- Experienced recruiters preferred
