We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven US IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in C2C hiring and working with Tier-1 Vendors. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills within the US staffing industry.
🔹 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements
• Work on C2C requirements from Direct Clients/VMS/MSP
• Coordinate with Tier-1 Vendors and implementation partners
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and vendor networks
• Maintain strong relationships with consultants and vendors
• Schedule interviews and manage follow-ups till onboarding
🔹 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Experience in US IT Recruitment and C2C hiring
• Good knowledge of Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Experience working with Tier-1 Vendors
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
