Key Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end US IT recruitment process.
- Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable IT professionals.
- Screen candidates through initial interviews and evaluate technical as well as communication skills.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and clients.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Negotiate salary/rate with candidates.
- Ensure timely submissions while meeting client deadlines.
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment activities in ATS/CRM.
- Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Required Skills
- At least 3 months of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Good understanding of US IT technologies and technical positions.
- Knowledge of US work authorizations such as US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, OPT, CPT, TN, and EAD.
- Experience sourcing candidates using Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, or similar job portals.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Minimum 3 months of experience in US IT Recruitment.
✔ Good English communication skills.
✔ Willing to work from the Noida office.
