About the Role
Vision Square Inc. is looking for a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Bangalore. If you have hands-on experience in US staffing, sourcing through Dice and LinkedIn, and are passionate about connecting top IT talent with leading clients, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete US IT recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source qualified candidates using Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals.
- Negotiate compensation and ensure timely candidate submissions.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Sales teams to fulfill client requirements within deadlines.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong experience working with Dice and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Good understanding of US work authorizations (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, OPT, CPT, TN, EAD, etc.).
- Knowledge of various IT technologies and technical roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable working in US shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Experience with ATS/CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
