Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT full-time requirements.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough vetting of candidates, including technical evaluation and background checks.
- Validate visa documentation and ensure compliance with client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
- Track recruitment activities and ensure timely delivery on assigned requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications Experience:
- 1–3 years in US IT recruitment (mandatory).
- Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong understanding of full-time hiring processes in the US market.
- Prior experience in candidate vetting and visa validation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
