Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven US IT Recruiter for a full-time, on-site position based at our Tiruchirappalli location. The US IT Recruiter will handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing qualified candidates through various channels, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews to effectively identifying and recruiting top talent for IT roles. The role includes maintaining candidate databases, fostering relationships with clients and candidates, as well as coordinating the hiring process and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in sourcing and recruiting candidates for IT positions across varied platforms, including job boards, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and terminologies, along with knowledge of US hiring and employment practices.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and clients effectively.
  • Ability to perform resume screening, conduct preliminary candidate interviews, and assess technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and other recruitment tools, as well as basic knowledge of HR processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in US IT recruitment or staffing is highly desirable.
