🕒 Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (5 days/week)
💼 Role: US IT Recruiter
⭐ 6Months–2 years of US staffing experience
⭐ Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities:
✅ End-to-end US IT recruitment
✅ Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and other job portals
✅ Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
✅ Working on W2, C2C,1099 and Full-time requirements
✅ Coordinating with candidates and clients
✅ Maintaining recruitment trackers and ATS
Required Skills:
✔ Experience in US IT Recruitment
✔ Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
✔ Good communication and negotiation skills
✔ Experience with Boolean search and sourcing techniques
