Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Recruiter located in Gurugram. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for IT positions in the U.S. market. The role requires collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing potential candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting, from candidate sourcing to onboarding
- Proficiency in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting processes
- Strong skills in Hiring and Recruiting strategies
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and hiring managers
- Strong understanding of the U.S. labor market and technical job requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in the staffing or IT recruitment industry is a plus
