Role Description The US IT Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technology roles across the United States, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and screening IT professionals, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers, and guiding candidates through the selection and offer process. The role involves collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to understand job requirements, building effective pipelines using job boards, social media, and networking, and maintaining accurate recruitment data and reports. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, requiring close coordination with US time zones and adherence to organizational hiring standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage the complete hiring process from requisition to onboarding.
- Proficiency in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting to effectively source, assess, and place candidates in diverse technology roles.
- Demonstrated experience in Hiring activities, including interview coordination, offer negotiation, and candidate relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and work effectively with stakeholders in different time zones.
- Familiarity with US hiring practices, IT job profiles, and common HR compliance considerations.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), professional networking platforms, and major job boards.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a focus on meeting hiring targets and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in recruitment.
