🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in IT recruiting
- Strong hands-on expertise in IT W2 recruitment
- Excellent understanding of the US IT staffing/recruitment landscape
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive “get it done” attitude and genuine enthusiasm for recruitment
