Key Responsibilities
- Source IT candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and networking.
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements from direct clients and implementation partners.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and hiring managers.
- Negotiate rates, salary, and employment terms with candidates.
- Ensure quick turnaround time for submissions and interview coordination.
- Maintain candidate information in ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in US IT Staffing / Recruitment.
- Strong experience with Boolean search and sourcing techniques.
- Experience working with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Understanding of US visa types (H1B, OPT, GC, USC, CPT).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in night shifts (US time zones).
