Role: US IT Recruiter (Manufacturing / Infrastructure Hiring)
Location: HITEC City, Hyderabad – 5 Days Onsite
Experience: 2–4 Years in US IT Staffing
Key Requirements:
• Experience recruiting for Manufacturing or Technology Manufacturer clients
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder
• Good understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms
• Experience hiring for Infrastructure, Networking, Systems, Cloud, and DevOps roles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
