Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a US IT Recruiter based in Hyderabad. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and identifying highly qualified candidates for technical and non-technical positions in the U.S. market. Daily tasks include collaborating with hiring managers, writing job descriptions, scheduling and conducting interviews, building strong candidate pipelines, and maintaining candidate records. The recruiter will also ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, while contributing to a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates using recruitment tools and platforms
- Expertise in working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintaining accurate candidate records
- Strong knowledge of U.S. hiring processes, visa classifications, and compliance with employment regulations
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in using job boards, recruitment strategies, and social media platforms for talent acquisition
- Understanding of IT and technical job roles, including familiarity with common technical skills and qualifications
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Education or experience in human resources, business, or a related field
- Prior experience recruiting for IT positions in the U.S. market is highly preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
