Role Description
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven US IT Recruiter for a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruchirappalli. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for technical roles. They will collaborate with hiring managers, maintain candidate pipelines, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure the successful fulfillment of client hiring needs. Additional tasks include staying updated with market trends and delivering a seamless candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment
- Proficiency in Technical Recruiting and Hiring processes
- Strong skills in Recruiting, including candidate sourcing and relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Prior experience recruiting in the U.S. IT market is highly preferred
- Looking for Technical degree background candidates
