Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tiruchirappalli for a US IT Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates for various technical roles, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates. Additionally, the recruiter will ensure successful hiring by identifying the best talent and aligning them with client needs while adhering to industry standards and timelines.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and managing recruitment processes end to end
- Experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting, with knowledge of industry-specific roles and requirements
- Strong ability to strategically source, screen, and hire candidates effectively
- Familiarity with building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
- Night shift
