🔍 Roles & Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT roles
• Source candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other job portals
• Screen and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit
• Coordinate and schedule client interviews
• Negotiate pay rates/salaries and close offers
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update internal databases
• Stay updated on US market trends, visa types, and recruitment best practices
