Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site US IT Recruiter role based in Noida. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent. Key tasks will include identifying candidate profiles that align with role requirements, collaborating with hiring managers, managing job postings, and negotiating offers. The recruiter will also focus on maintaining a talent pipeline and building professional relationships with stakeholders to support recruitment strategies effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals
- Proficiency in recruitment tools such as job boards, ATS platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to understand technical job descriptions and identify qualified candidates accordingly
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including scheduling interviews and onboarding
- Knowledge of IT industry trends, roles, and technologies
- Familiarity with US work authorization processes, including H1B visas and immigration regulations, is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
