Objectives of the Role:
* Oversee the full recruiting lifecycle as an IT technical recruiter.
* Foster and strengthen relationships with prospective candidates specialized in IT job profiles to fill existing requirements
* Implement IT headhunting strategies, considering the latest industry trends as an effective IT talent acquisition consultant.
* Generate new leads and devise innovative strategies to identify IT talent that suits the technical requirements of the company.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure the end-to-end lifecycle of IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.
* Execute strategic hiring programs as an IT talent recruiter, in order to rope in right talent within the right time and meet the demands.
Qualifications:
Any Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Skills:
* Proven experience as an IT recruiter or similar role.
* Familiarity with technical jargon and understanding of IT job requirements.
* Proficiency in LinkedIn Premium Recruiter Tool.
* Adept at Boolean search.
* Strong understanding of US visa programs and working landscape.
* Ability to identify genuine candidate profiles by scrutinizing from a 360° view.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates.
* Strong vendor connects in the industry.
* Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
