About the Role
We are hiring US IT Recruiters (2-4 Years of Experience) to join our growing recruitment team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about HR, communication, and technology. As a US IT Recruiter, you will work closely with our US-based clients to help them hire top IT professionals. Comprehensive training will be provided, so no prior experience is required — just the willingness to learn and work in the US night shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements for various IT job roles.
- Search and identify suitable candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), internal databases, and referrals.
- Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls to assess skills and interest.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in US Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST).
- Basic understanding of computers, emails, and MS Office tools.
- Self-motivated, confident, and eager to learn.

Shift Timing
- Night Shift (US Time Zone) – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
