About the Role
We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter to join our team and support our US staffing operations. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge or experience in US IT Recruitment and be comfortable working on C2C requirements through the Prime Vendor model. This role involves sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates for US-based IT positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end US IT recruitment process.
- Work on C2C requirements from Prime Vendors and Implementation Partners.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate communication.
- Submit qualified candidates within timelines.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with vendors and candidates.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and update ATS regularly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 Months to 3 Year of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Basic understanding of C2C requirements and vendor coordination.
- Hands-on experience with Ceipal ATS mandatory
- Knowledge of US work authorization types (H1B, OPT, GC, USC, CPT, EAD).
- Experience using job portals like Dice, Monster, or LinkedIn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in US Shift (Night Shift).
