Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a US IT Recruiter. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various IT positions. The role involves collaborating with hiring teams to define job requirements, developing recruitment strategies, evaluating technical skills, and maintaining candidate pipelines. The recruiter will stay updated on industry trends to effectively identify and engage top IT talent.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and end-to-end candidate management
- Proficiency in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting practices
- Strong capabilities in Hiring and candidate selection strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote team-based environment
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and professional networking platforms
- Knowledge of current IT market trends and emerging technologies is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a relevant field
