About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Technical Recruiter / US IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements, working on W2 and Full-Time (FTE) positions, and sourcing candidates through Prime Vendors, Tier-1 Vendors, Direct Clients, and State Clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand technical hiring requirements and job specifications.
• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and other
sourcing channels.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Work on requirements from Prime Vendors, Tier-1 Vendors, Direct Clients, and State Clients.
• Handle W2 and Full-Time (FTE) hiring requirements across various technologies.
• Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate technical interviews with clients and candidates.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and vendors throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate compensation, rates, and employment terms with candidates.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and recruitment tracking systems.
• Stay updated with current US IT market trends, technologies, and hiring practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Strong experience working on W2 and Full-Time (FTE) requirements.
• Hands-on experience working with Prime Vendors, Tier-1 Vendors, Direct Clients, and State Clients.
• Good understanding of technical roles such as Software Developers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps
Engineers, Cloud Engineers, QA/Test Engineers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Indeed.
• Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience handling multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Strong vendor management and client coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
