Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter who can identify, engage, and hire top technical talent for various IT and technology roles. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for technical positions across W2 and Full-Time employment requirements.
The candidate should have a good understanding of technical roles, recruitment strategies, candidate engagement, and hiring processes within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements
- Source and engage top-tier technical candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical positions
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates using ATS platforms
- Handle hiring for W2 and Full-Time technical roles
- Stay updated with current IT market trends and technical skill requirements

- Strong communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field
Experience
- 3+ years preferred; candidates with strong sourcing track record will be prioritized
