Job Summary
We are looking for a sharp and experienced US IT Recruiter with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in US staffing. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for IT positions in the US market, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for contract and full-time roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle US IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Work closely with US clients, hiring managers, and account managers to understand technical job requirements.
- Source candidates using job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Conduct initial screening and technical evaluation of candidates.
- Submit qualified candidates to clients with proper resume formatting and documentation.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate salary/rate and close positions efficiently.
- Maintain candidate pipeline using ATS and internal databases.
- Build a strong network of US Citizens, GC, H1B, and EAD consultants.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience and maintain long-term relationships.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in US IT Staffing / Recruitment
- Strong experience with Boolean search and sourcing techniques
- Good understanding of US Tax Terms: W2, C2C, 1099
- Knowledge of US work visas: H1B, GC, USC, EAD, OPT
- Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
