Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a US IT Recruiter. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, hiring, and onboarding candidates for technical and IT positions. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and using innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent are key aspects of this role. The recruiter will ensure a positive candidate experience while meeting recruitment objectives and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment
- Experience in Technical Recruiting and Identifying Qualified Candidates
- Strong skills in Hiring and Building Talent Pipelines
- Knowledge of technology roles, programming languages, and IT industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Previous experience in US recruitment and an understanding of visa-related processes is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
