Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Source candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), LinkedIn Recruiter, internal database, referrals, and networking.
- Work extensively on contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time US-based IT positions.
Candidate Management
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate technical compatibility, communication skills, and availability.
- Work with candidates on rate negotiation, relocation discussions, immigration status verification, and onboarding documentation.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring and niche skill requirements.
Client/Account Management
- Partner with hiring managers and account managers to understand job requirements and deliver qualified profiles.
- Submit vetted candidates through ATS or client portals within defined SLAs.
- Communicate interview feedback, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
