Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Recruiter, located in Noida. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates, and coordinating hiring activities. The role will involve developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, identifying top technical talent, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers. The candidate will leverage their technical recruitment expertise and hiring strategies to meet organizational needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding
- Strong skills and experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting
- Expertise in Hiring and Recruiting processes tailored to technical roles
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders
- Ability to evaluate technical skills and align talent with job requirements
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Familiarity with the US job market and understanding of visa and work authorization processes is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Technology, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in a similar recruitment role, particularly in an IT or technical environment
